Clutter is one of the worst enemies of an application, it can destroy the whole feel of the application. Dividing huge tasks into smaller chunks or subtasks. Also, keep the design unique but familiar like \u2018Getting started screen\u2019 or \u2018What\u2019s new\u2019 and similar.
